Delete your Orraveld account

For the Orraveld game on Google Play, by the Orraveld developer.

How to ask

1. Open Orraveld, go to Settings and copy your Account ID.
2. Email support@orraveld.com with the subject "Delete my Orraveld account" and paste the Account ID.
3. We reply to confirm, and delete the account within 30 days.

Lost the game or the phone? Write anyway. Tell us roughly when you last played and the Google account you use for Play Games, and we will find the account with you.

What we delete

• Your account and the IDs that recognise it (Play Games player ID, Android ID, phone model).
• Your saved progress.
• Your purchase records on the account.

What stays

• Google keeps its own record of your payments under its privacy policy. Ask Google for refunds or payment records.
• Your email to us, kept up to 90 days after the deletion so we can answer questions about it, then deleted.

Before you ask

Deletion cannot be undone. Your runes, progress and anything you bought go with the account, and a new install starts from the beginning.
